It was particularly pleasing to see more than 80 people - students, families, teachers, and industry mentors - present for the official launch of the 2024 Girls in STEM program.

The evening event included personalised tours lead by the girls themselves sharing their experiences over the past two days and enthusiastically talking about the opportunities to come during the year ahead. Studies have shown that those students whose education is actively supported by their families and significant others in their lives have higher educational outcomes.
