For one day only in the July school holidays, we are offering you the chance to work with and learn from two of Ballarat’s most innovative and successful “foodies”. Brigid Corcoran and Sara Kittelty will guide you through a full day of tasting, testing and product development as you learn all about flavours and baking techniques from the very best in the business. Ultimately, you will create your own unique Brownie to present to our panel of expert judges for the title of Ballarat’s Best Bushfood Brownie.
